ST Mark 日本兒童玩具安全標(biāo)志

日本玩具協(xié)會(huì)為保證14歲及14歲以下兒童使用的玩具的安全，特制定了“玩具安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ST）”。S代表安全，T代表玩具。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為自愿性質(zhì)的，符合該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品才被允許在產(chǎn)品本身打上ST標(biāo)志。ST標(biāo)志系統(tǒng)還包括了受害者賠償條款，以備標(biāo)有ST標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品被投訴對(duì)消費(fèi)者造成傷害時(shí)作出賠償。在市場(chǎng)中攜帶該標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品必須在注冊(cè)后每年都進(jìn)行更新。一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的ST標(biāo)志的有效期為四年，此后必須重新進(jìn)行測(cè)試才能繼續(xù)攜帶該標(biāo)志。
