CE標(biāo)志在英國(guó)大不列顛市場(chǎng)使用期限延長(zhǎng)

據(jù)英國(guó)官網(wǎng)在2021年8月24日發(fā)布的有關(guān)UKCA標(biāo)志使用的最新指引，“制造商可繼續(xù)使用CE標(biāo)志在其產(chǎn)品上以進(jìn)入大不列顛市場(chǎng)直到2023年1月1日。2023年1月1日起在大不列顛市場(chǎng)上的產(chǎn)品必須按相關(guān)法規(guī)標(biāo)有UKCA標(biāo)志?！?/p>

這意味著CE標(biāo)志在大不列顛市場(chǎng)的接受期限從2022年1月1日延長(zhǎng)到2023年1月1日，但前提是相關(guān)大不列顛和歐盟的法規(guī)仍保持一致，如果歐盟更新了它的法規(guī)而制造商產(chǎn)品上的CE標(biāo)志是符合于這些新法規(guī)的，那么這些CE標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品將不能被大不列顛市場(chǎng)接受，哪怕是發(fā)生在限期2023年1月1日之前。

英國(guó)政府呼吁：UKCA標(biāo)志現(xiàn)已生效使用，貿(mào)易商應(yīng)開(kāi)始盡早在產(chǎn)品上使用UKCA標(biāo)志。

Per the latest updated released on UK official website on 24th Aug. 2021 that manufacturer ”can continue to use the CE marking for goods placed on the market in Great Britain until 1 January 2023. The UKCA marking must be used for placing goods on the market in Great Britain from 1 January 2023“ which means the acceptance of the CE mark on GB market is extended one more year from 1 Jan. 2022 to 1 Jan. 2023; however, this is still subjected to the relevant GB and EU rules remain the same; if the EU changes its rules and your CE marked product is on the basis of those new rules that you will not be able to use the CE marking to sell in GB market, even before 31 Dec. 2022.

As highlighted and suggested by UK government: The UKCA marking can be used now and we encourage businesses to start using the UKCA marking as soon as possible.
