沙特RoHS將于2022年1月5日起生效

最近，沙特阿拉伯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和組織（SASO）推出了一項(xiàng)關(guān)于限制電氣和電子設(shè)備中有害物質(zhì)RoHS（Restriction of Hazardous Substances）的新技術(shù)法規(guī)，并宣布將于2022年1月5日起逐步開始執(zhí)行。

本法規(guī)適用于進(jìn)入沙特阿拉伯市場

以下類別的電氣和電子設(shè)備及備件：

1、大型和小型家電

小型家用電器，實(shí)施日期2022年1月5日

大型家用電器，實(shí)施日期2022年4月3日

2、信息和通信技術(shù)設(shè)備

實(shí)施日期2022年7月1日

3、照明設(shè)備

實(shí)施日期2022年9月27日

4、電氣和電子工具及設(shè)備

實(shí)施日期2022年12月25日

5、游戲、娛樂設(shè)備和運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)備

實(shí)施日期2023年3月23日

6、監(jiān)測和控制工具

實(shí)施日期2023年6月19日

本法規(guī)旨在確定法規(guī)范圍內(nèi)的電子電器設(shè)備及其配件中有害物質(zhì)的百分比，并確保供應(yīng)商應(yīng)遵守合格評定程序，以確保保護(hù)環(huán)境及消費(fèi)者的健康和安全。

關(guān)于測試要求：

1、測試內(nèi)容與歐盟Rohs 6項(xiàng)的內(nèi)容大致；

2、測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考IEC 62321，測試報(bào)告加CNAS標(biāo)志；

3、測試報(bào)告上的買家信息、商標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品名、型號，要與對應(yīng)申請的GCC/IECEE/PC/SC保持一致。

IEC 62321-1 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 1:  Introduction and overview .

IEC 62321-2 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 2: Disassembly , disjointment and mechanical sample preparation

IEC 62321-3-1 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 3-1: Screening - Lead , mercury , cadmium , total chromium and totalbromine by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry .

IEC 62321-3-2 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 3-2 : Screening - Fluorine , bromine and chlorine in polymer and electronics by combustion ion chromatography (C-IC)

IEC 62321-4 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 4 : Mercury in polymers , metals and electronics by CV-AAS CVAFSCPOES and CP-MS

IEC 62321-5 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 5 : Cadmium , lead and chromium in polymers and electronics and cadmiumand lead in metals by AAS , AFS , ICP-OES and ICP-MS

IEC 62321-6 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 6 : Polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in polymers by gas chromatography -mass spectometry (GC-MS ) .

IEC 62321-7-1 : Determination of certain substances in electrotechnical products-part 7-1 Hexavalent chromium-presence of hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) in colorless and colored corrosion-protected coatings on metals by the colorimetric method.
