美國時間2022年03月31日，DLC發(fā)布Technical Requirements for LED-based Horticultural Lighting V3.0 草稿第一版，V3.0標準的預估生效日期為2023年1月2日；同時引入了植物燈抽檢政策 Surveillance Testing Policy草稿第一版，植物燈抽檢政策的預估生效日期為2023年10月1日。V3.0作為對植物燈技術要求的一個主要修訂，該草稿版有如下四個方面的更新：
更新一：Increased efficacy threshold: (光效要求提高)
光效增加到PPE≥ 2.30 μmol /J，但-5%的光效公差不變。
更新二：application information requirements: (產品申請信息要求)
以下產品申請信息需上報，且必須在產品的規(guī)格書說明清楚。
