2022年5月14日，加拿大在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布了擬議的《禁止特定有毒物質(zhì)法規(guī)2022》。75天的公眾咨詢已經(jīng)開(kāi)始，并將于 2022 年 7 月 28 日結(jié)束。

擬議法規(guī)在最終法規(guī)生效之日起將廢除并取代《禁止特定有毒物質(zhì)法規(guī)2012》（現(xiàn)行法規(guī)）。

擬議法規(guī)新增加了對(duì)得克隆DP(Dechlorane Plus)和十溴二苯乙烷DBDPE(Decabromodiphenyl ethane)以及含有這些物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品的制造、使用、銷(xiāo)售和進(jìn)口實(shí)施限制。

擬議議法規(guī)還通過(guò)取消某些豁免或限制現(xiàn)行法規(guī)允許活動(dòng)的方式進(jìn)一步限制全氟辛烷磺酸PFOS、全氟辛酸PFOA、長(zhǎng)鏈全氟羧酸LC-PFCAs、六溴環(huán)十二烷HBCD和多溴二苯醚PBDEs以及含有這些物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品的制造、使用、銷(xiāo)售和進(jìn)口。此外，擬議法規(guī)還包括了這些物質(zhì)的濃度閾值；如果物質(zhì)存在于或低于此閾值時(shí)，這些物質(zhì)的存在將被認(rèn)為是偶然存在，禁令將不適用。

3	Perfluorooctane sulfonate and its salts and compounds that contain one of the following groups: C8F17SO2, C8F17SO3 or C8F17SO2N (PFOS)	1 ppm
4	Perfluorooctanoic acid, which has the molecular formula C7F15CO2H, and its salts, and compounds that consist of a perfluorinated alkyl group that has the molecular formula CnF2n+1 in which n = 7 or 8 and that is directly bonded to any chemical moiety other than a fluorine, chlorine or bromine atom (PFOA)	1 ppm
5	Perfluorocarboxylic acids that have the molecular formula CnF2n+1CO2H in which 8 ≤ n ≤ 20 and their salts, and compounds that consist of a perfluorinated alkyl group that has the molecular formula CnF2n+1 in which 8 ≤ n ≤ 20 and that is directly bonded to any chemical moiety other than a fluorine, chlorine or bromine atom (LC-PFCAs)	1 ppm
